Poptivism - Breast Cancer Awareness Month

PopSockets’ major charitable giving platform is called Poptivism which has so far donated over $3 million dollars in cash and product to 300 non-profit partners. The first Australian Poptivism campaign was launched this year to assist those affected by the Australian bushfires, and this month we launch our second Australian Poptivism campaign with funds going towards Breast Cancer Awareness.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and places a spotlight on this cancer, promotes treatments and encourages individuals to become more aware of breast cancer symptoms.

50% of sales raised from this Poptivism campaign will go to the McGrath Foundation which funds McGrath Breast Care Nurses who provide direct support and care to people experiencing breast cancer. There are both Original and Swappable phone grips in this campaign with six exiting designs – so buy as many as you wish and support this important cause.

The McGrath Foundation

The McGrath Foundation raises money to fund their McGrath Breast Care Nurses, who provide invaluable support and care to women and men experiencing breast cancer. From diagnosis right throughout treatment, McGrath Breast Care Nurses are available to help individuals and their families for free and with no referral.

A breast cancer diagnosis changes your life, often in ways you wouldn’t expect. The impact can be felt right through your family and friends. As much as you try, the diagnosis, the treatment and the disease can take over your life.

The McGrath Breast Care Nurses bring you and your family peace of mind through expert knowledge, personal care and genuine compassion. They can help you create time in your life not defined by breast cancer.
